Bach Before Bedtime is an interactive concert series for children put together by the musicians of Allegra Chamber Music.
The fourth and final concert of the season will take place on Thursday, March 18. For 45 minutes, come and treat your budding young Mozarts to a short concert. They will have a chance to come up on stage, meet our musicians, examine our instruments and listen to some wonderful music.
Here are the musicians your musicians-to-be will meet:
Dorothy Fieldman Fraiberg..................piano
Simon Aldrich.........................................clarinet
Alexander Lozowski...............................violin
Brian Bacon.............................................viola
Katherine Skorzewska............................cello
Reuven Rothman.....................................doublebass
Kiddie door prizes will be given out!

The 2008-2009 season saw the successful début of Bach Before Bedtime, a concert series for children. Kids ranging in age from newborns to 12-year-olds and their parents enjoyed an interactive chamber music experience at two well-attended concerts held at Redpath Hall.
Allegra is entering its second season with three concerts beginning with the first on Thursday, November 26, 2009, the second one on January 21, 2010 and the third on February 18, 2010. For 45 minutes, come and treat your budding young Mozarts to a short concert. They will have a chance to come up on stage, meet our musicians, examine our instruments and listen to some wonderful music.
Nibblies for the kiddies will be on hand.
